#AlhamdulillahForSeries - Muslim's Gratitude Journal*

(...) "Be grateful to Allah." And whoever is grateful, is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favour] - then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.

So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me.

(...) Thus do We reward he who is grateful.

And so on - we are constantly reminded in the Quran to be grateful to Allah. But do we actually do that?

With our busy lives we probably spend the time worrying about the future, about getting things done, about finding a way to fulfil our daily needs. We might be taking things for granted, and rarely stop to think about what we actually have.

Team AYEINA came up with a great solution, for anyone to stop and count their blessings - a mini Gratitude Journal to be filled daily.

I've been following AYEINA on Instagram for a while now and absolutely love their artwork, and the #AlhamdulillahForSeries they created. When they offered me a digital copy of their Gratitude Journal, I was really excited that I would actually have my own copy of their artworks!

So I printed mine out, and put the little journal together (didn't exactly get the cutting right, but compensated for that with this cute ribbon ;))

The journal will last you a month, and is divided into four categories, one for every week.

Each category then includes a few pages of beautiful illustrations of things we should be grateful for:

These are followed by a journal page to make your own list - to pause every day and list one thing you're grateful for,

What's great about the digital copy, is that when you run out of space after a month, you can do it all over again :) And you can mix the pages up a little if you want. And you can customise your copy as you want - whether you glue it, bind it or tie it together with a ribbon, it's entirely up to you! But if you prefer an actual physical copy of the book, you can get one too (I'd definitely buy one a a gift to someone!)

If you'd like to keep a daily list of gratitude yourself, you can get the copy of #AlhamdulillahForSeries Journal (and some other lovely stuff) from Ayeina's store HERE

The above post was written in collaboration with AYEINA - all thoughts are, as always, my own.
